Seeing the Approval Minutes No. F.B. 14.080/2017 prepared by the Directorate General of Healthcare and Public Health,
considering:
— Article 20 (4) of the Technical and Sanitary Rules on funeral services, burial, cremation, transport, decapitation and reburial of human corpses, cemeteries, human crematoria, as well as the professional criteria to be fulfilled by the providers of funeral services and the level of the guarantee fund, approved by the Decision Government No. 741/2016;
— art. 7 para. (4) of the Government Decision no. 144/2010 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, with subsequent amendments and additions,
the Minister of Health issues the following order:
Art. ! 1
The infectious risk assessment methodology for persons deceased with infectious diseases, as set out in the Annex which forms an integral part of this Order, is hereby approved.
Art. ! 2
The county and Bucharest public health departments, tanatopractors, autopsiers, as well as the entire staff of funeral service providers who come into contact with the deceased persons will carry out the provisions of this order.
Art. ! 3
This Order shall be published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I, and shall enter into force within 30 days of publication.
