Pursuant to Article 108 of the Constitution of Romania, republished, and Article 40 of Law no. 102/2014 on cemeteries,
human crematoria and funeral services
The Government of Romania adopts this judgment.
Article 1
Technical and sanitary rules on funeral services, burial, cremation, transport, decomposition and
the reburial of human bodies, cemeteries, crematoria, and the professional criteria they must meet
meet the funeral service providers and the level of the guarantee fund set out in the Annex to this Decision.
Article 2
This judgment shall enter into force 30 days after its publication in the Official Journal of Romania, Part I.
Article 3
Chapter VIII of the Rules on Hygiene and Public Health is hereby repealed on the date of entry into force of this Decision
on the living environment of the population, approved by the Order of the Minister of Health no. 119/2014, published in the Official Gazette
of Romania, Part I, No. 127 of February 21, 2014.
